Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Refund policy for procedures:
We are committed to providing our clients with exceptional treatments. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is required.

Our procedure refund policy is as follows:
- Refunds will only be issued if the customer is dissatisfied with the services provided and communicates their concerns to management within 24 hours of treatment.
- Funds are not refunded for a procedure that has already been performed, unless there are proven cases of negligence or inappropriate behavior on the part of the therapist.
- If a refund is deemed necessary, it will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of the request, less a 20% administrative fee.

2. Exchange policy for another procedure:
- The exchange of procedures can be considered in each specific case depending on the circumstances and availability.
- If the client wishes to exchange his procedure for another service of the same or lower value, he must notify this management within 24 hours of the initial procedure.
- Exchanges will be subject to availability and must be scheduled within 30 days of initial appointment.


3. Refund policy for classes/trainings:
- Refunds for classes or trainings will be made in accordance with the following conditions:
- If the reservation is canceled more than 8 days before the start date, 80% of the funds will be refunded. 20% of the funds are charged for administrative measures related to training registration and cancellation of reservations.
- In case of cancellation 1-7 days before the start date, 70% of the funds will be refunded.
- In case of cancellation less than 1 day before the start date or 1 day after the start date, a 50% refund will be given.
- In all other cases, funds will not be refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation request.

4. Exchange policy for classes/trainings:
- Under certain circumstances, exchange for classes or training sessions may be allowed with the availability and permission of management.
- Exchange requests must be made at least 7 days before the start date of the class or study.
- Exchanges will be subject to any price difference between the original and desired sessions.
